Tim called maybe 20 minutes after saying he needed an extra $50 because he did something else to it, although to my knowledge it was completely finished the day before. Tim also tells us we can come pay and drive it home even though there is no working driver side tail light, I told him what the company had just told me and he said he also just got off the phone with them too but I can still come pick it up. For some reason I was expected to drive it over there I guess which is so crazy because Tim at the end of the day was responsible for my car when it was backed into on a public street. I asked how long the work would take and he said “ if i keep calling them they’ll put your car at the bottom of the list.” Which makes me feel like my car took 3 weeks because we were calling, although there were at least three times Tim said he would call by a certain day, so when he didnt call yea we called because im paying you for a service and you told me you would simply let me know what's going on. He also said we called him every single day since he's had my vehicle which is not true and when I said that his response was “well it felt like it”,he also said if I tried to bring me car to th

On their website they claim to have the best customer service and support, as well as how friendly and communicative they are when it comes to any questions you have about your vehicle; that is absolutely not the experience I had. My check engine light was on so that was that reason Tim was “working” on it, after almost three weeks of him having it Tim said he thought it was this and it’ll be around $500 but no guarantees because he still didn't know why the light was on. We did it because he had already had it for so long it must be whatever he thinks, still no answer on that as I'm writing this too if it worked or not. During this three-week period the only way I got any updates was my boyfriend having to call and ask, he had a significant update almost every time although Tim said he would call if he knew anything. After weeks he said we were annoying him by calling but he only called once before the day I was supposed to be picking it up. I thought it was rude of him to say, as a business owner I feel like it is your responsibility to set clear boundaries as to how you wish to be contacted, not weeks later say you have an issue. One day after the three week mark he calls saying

I had a great experience getting my car inspected here. Tim went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a tight spot with my schedule. He was very friendly and the service was timely. If you need honest work done, go see Tim! Definitely a 5-star experience!

If you want honest and good…THIS is the mechanic you want! He came highly recommended when my mechanic retired and I’ve used him 3x. Each time he was done by when he said he would be. ( I went to Romano Toyota before since I had a new care and they tried to do a bunch of work. Sacco said I didn’t need it and only did what was needed) This is a one man shop
